Has more than three decades of executive management experience in the Food and Beverage industry. He has led teams as either the executive chef or the food and beverage director at various popular hotels including the Sheraton in Edison, NJ, the Crowne Plaza in Monroe, NJ, the Holiday Inn in Princeton, NJ and The Ramada in East Brunswick, NJ. Chef Sloan is also an expert in culinary arts and nutrition for seniors. He is the former food service director at Atria Tinton Falls in Tinton Falls, NJ, Weinberg Village in Citrus Park, FL and Independence Manor in Flemington, NJ.
