Everyone is welcome – friends, friends of friends, family, and wayward people alike. Again, everyone is welcomed.
Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year. In fact, in terms of food, it might be the best time of the year. However, caution my friends. Too much of a good thing could turn south.
When it comes to getting seconds, wait it out a little. Try and wait about 20 minutes before getting up to fill your plate again or asking someone to pass the yams and gravy. That should be enough time to realize if you are still really hungry or if you’re full.
